In light of the upcoming holiday of lovers that’s the most overrated holiday I swear (we can call it a Hallmark holiday), I’m going to be sprinkling some “PINK POSTS” for you. I love pink, so why not share it with you during it’s HOT season, right? {I’m SUCH a dork!}
I’ve been into pink quite a bit lately, and I donno what it is about it, but it’s makin me happy. I’ve added pink slowly into my home the past year, and you can see it HERE and HERE. So I thought I’d show you a bit more pink I’ve admired along the way… It doesn’t have to be an overwhelming amount of it, and doesn’t have to be all frou frou either. But enough to make me smile. {grin!}

20 years ago I had a living room with pink carpet and tiffany blue wallpaper with some pink pattern in it. I loved the look, but it became a problem when we decided to sell the house. Some people just can’t look past cosmetics, and we got the “reputation” of the house with the pink carpet. We finally had to put in low quality beige carpet to make it presentable.
LOL! Well, true! I think when you try to sell a home, if that’s your plan, it needs to be something very neutral and universal. The pink doesn’t have to be on the walls though (as you’ll see in my upcoming office). But I bet your place looked GORGEOUS! I would have bought it the way you had it! 😉
