I can’t pass Valentine’s Day without giving some love to you, my readers. Here’s the deal… I poured a tiny bit of my heart out to you on Friday, but not fully.
Most of you know I began my blog as a vehicle to vent about living a life ON PURPOSE and sharing all of my passions with you. I hope I have made some kind of a difference in your life, even if it’s been by simply getting a new recipe I’ve shared! But I truly have discovered my love of writing and love of discovering my audience and their readership. It’s always so fun to bump into someone I haven’t seen in SO long and have them say to me, “I love reading your blog! I might not say anything but I love all you’re doing and what you say! How is your office coming along???” WOW! That gives me butterflies that SOMEONE out there thinks what I have to say is IMPORTANT and worthy of their time and ears!
Anyways, I want you to know that I appreciate all of you following me, reading what I have to say (because that takes time out of your day), keeping up with me and not dropping me, and also SHARING me with your friends.
So, I think you know what one of my favorite passtimes is…. SHOPPING. Now, if you’ve seen my closet (which you will VERY soon!) you know very well that I need NOTHING. But I still love to shop. So, that leaves me with shopping for OTHERS… i.e. YOU. Call me weird, but I do. I have refrained from sharing LOTS of things because I don’t want my blog to be only about giveaways, and hence, I end up with lots of extra STUFF that I’ve bought for YOU and I haven’t put it out there! Sooooo… today is one of those days. K? Does ANY of this make sense??? Know that these aren’t earth-shattering, super expensive items, just letting you know. But they are fun little gifts that are “just cuz”. No reason. Just cuz. Think of it like a surprise little random “Christmas-like” holiday!
