There are a few things I don’t get rid of in my wardrobe. Bags, accessories, and good shoes. And jewelry falls into the accessories category. What comes around goes around. Statement earrings are about to make their statement back into the fashion scene. I had some huge earrings back in the day… with bangs to match! HA! If you only could see my jewelry boxes of what I have saved, you’d flip! What I love about this that I’m sharing today is something very personal. Not only were big earrings a big thing back in the day. But it was my first venture in entrepreneurism. Some of the earrings below are part of my little collection of earrings I began making in my late teens, selling them in stores! Isn’t that crazy???

I’ll be honest with you and I’m going to give all my younger gals a little bit of momma advice. Been there done that… with HEAVY earrings… And I’ll just tell you, I had to have my earholes restitched several years ago because the weight stretched the hole to the point of almost tearing. So be careful! I didn’t listen to my mom! HA!
Now, how do we wear these fun wild accessories? Really, the whole point of this look is fun, it’s bold, it’s energetic, and can be mixed and matched with your clothing. But if you don’t know exactly how to do it, I have a simple suggestion.
