Here we are, the start of the week, going to get RE-focused. Right? From whatever damage we did this weekend, time to MANAGE the DAMAGE. Well the more we simplify our life (believe it or not, yes you heard this from moi!), the easier life gets and the more happy we are. Well same goes with meal planning and trying to shed a few pounds or maintaining a perfect weight. How about having something SUPER simple to fix, something that is ABSOLUTELY delish, and is actually VERY good for you?
Let me introduce you to a staple in my home. My protein powder from Arbonne. You can see from the label below the low calorie, high protein goodness it offers, but the BEST part? DRUMROLL PLEASE!……
It is VEGAN protein and GLUTEN FREE. Its protein comes from cranberry, rice and pea protein and has NO artificial sweeteners. AND the best part? It is soooooooooo good. Like FOR REAL! My fave is vanilla because it tastes like CAKE BATTER! {{{{happy dance!!}}}} You can shake it up in a shaker cup with any kind of liquid (water for zero calories, almond milk for a richer flavor) or zap it in a blender with fruit (like I do for my kiddos for breakfast you can see HERE).
