Life. We’re HERE. We survived another year. We DID it! We probably had some good time, seen some bad, but whatever ride we took, we did it, and we’re about to catch the next ride into 2017.

I’ll be ringing in the new year with my big fat Greek family, celebrating the wedding of one of my beautiful nieces and celebrating my dad’s birthday (he’s a new year’s baby, remember THIS?) For me, my cocktail will be champagne, but if you want something with a twist on the traditional bubbly, I pulled a few drinks that are champagne based cocktails for you that will be sure to get the party started!

Last holiday season I made the Blushing Bellini.

Another fun one is this… Champagne 3 Ways: Rock Candy Stirrers, Cotton Candy, and Glittery Rim . Try not to eat the cotton candy before putting it into the champagne!!

Another fun one is the Pink Fizz.

The Champagne Cocktail from People Food. sounds SO good and so simple you need to check out as well. It features just a sugar cube and Angostura Bitters, and garnished with a strawberry.

Whatever you choose, whether it’s champagne on it’s own, or if you create one of these libations, you won’t go wrong.
