After much dismay on what to paint my fingernails a few months ago on a mani-pedi day, and we were in between seasons (so it felt), I reached out to a few of my beauty lovers to get their inputs on color choices. One thing that rang loud to me was this. Dark is hot. And I never was a DARK nail girl. Always got annoyed with the tackiness of what chips look like. So I always tended to go neutral (like Bubble Bath) or some fun corals, or golds. But I have made the shift and LOVE it. Here are some of my top picks…

5. Lincoln Park After Dark
I am really loving all of these colors from OPI. Although those look SO much alike, they do have the slightest bit of differences, so depending on your skin color, you might prefer more of a plum dark vs more of a burnt brown dark. I noticed that in myself.
