I feel that crispness in the air and I know tis the season for pumpkin spice everything, and what better way then to cozy up to a warm Pumpkin Spice Latte at home, without going through a drive-through, that has a bit of that kick that we need at the end of the week? And if you’re looking for a cocktail to serve up on those cold nights to friends around the fire, this could be the one!
Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 2 oz Baileys Pumpkin Spice
- 1.5 oz brewed coffee
- 1 oz milk
Serve warm or over ice. Garnish with whipped heavy cream and sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg.
Use these measurements to your liking. I used heavy whipping cream and whipped it myself to create creme fraiche.
SO good. SO warm and toasty. Next time I make it, I’ll make it over ice. Either way, these flavors are SO good. Baileys never disappoints! What I also love about this is that the only thing you need to go buy for this is the Baileys Pumpkin Spice. You already have coffee, you already have the milk. So this is really SO easy to do. The whipped topping is just an added perk and not even necessary.
What are you toasting to this weekend?
