Sometimes we create the best things by accident. That’s what happened with this drink. I was trying to be mom of the year and bought some flavored milks, along with the flavored egg nog (like I did last week when I shared with you the Pumpkin Pie Martini recipe HERE). I had never seen Mint Chocolate milk before. Have you? So I picked it up and away I went.
After another trip soon thereafter to the store when I stumbled across some peppermint candy crumbles in the baking section, again, purchased it for no reason, just thinking I’d come up with a reason for it, it found it’s reason.
Like last week’s cocktail, omit the alcohol and let the kids have fun with it. A perfect drink as a dessert, too. Totally festive, great for a December football watch party, a gift exchange, even a gingerbread house making, cookie decorating party.
Peppermint Patty
- Chocolate Mint Milk
- Godiva Liquor (I had white chocolate Godiva)
- Chocolate syrup
- Peppermint Candy Crumbles
Line the rim of your glass with chocolate syrup, then dip the glass in the candy crumbles. Add your Godiva liquor to your liking. Add chocolate mint milk. Stir. Serve with festive straws.
The kids enjoyed it!
And here’s one for you….
Cheers!
