I want to introduce you to someone named Irene. No, believe it or not, its not me. This Irene is pretty fabulous!
Meet Irene Neuwirth. Fabby jewelry designer, who is one of my FAVEs EVER EVER EVER EVER. Can you tell how much I love her? And, the fact that we share the same first name I think ROCKS! …. You have to know that any time I tell people my name, I always hear the same thing: “Oh I have an aunt named Irene.” Anyhoo, first lemme SHOW you why I love her, then I’ll give the scoop on her story!

So there you have it. A picture says enough, right? Well, not really, but you see WHY I love her so much! YOWZA! I am naturally drawn to pretty sparkly things, especially those with GOLD, and I donno if it’s because of my skin tones, but I’m also very attracted to lighter colored stones. Aren’t these earrings, rings and bracelets just AMAZING? She uses stones that are SO unique and shapes that are very contemporary. Her use of very high end and unique gemstones and cuts of stones, very different settings and mounts, attract very fashion forward individuals with exquisite taste.
L.A.-based jewelry designer Irene Neuwirth’s career took off in 2000 when the then-unknown took a small collection to Barneys New York. Since, Neuwirth has dressed slews of celebrities in her elegant and colorful designs, and was nominated for the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Award in 2008. Some of her A-List clients include Halle Berry, Jessica Alba, Angelina Jolie, Reese Witherspoon, Katie Holmes, among others.
