One of this season’s trending colors is a blush, dusty rose, nude. In fashion and in beauty. Personally, those of you who know me know that nude lips is my classic favorite. For the past few months, I’ve been loving my Essie, Spin the Bottle, but I found a few others that I couldn’t live without.
These are great natural subdued tones that are classic and ready for fall. I kinda think of them as the “color” version of a french mani. Simple, nude, classic, not overbearing, goes with everything.
FYI, I selected that Good as Gold shade because it had a bit of gold sparkle without over the top GOLD in your face. In other words, it’s still subdued enough that you could wear that and not be sparkle city.
I think the key to finding the RIGHT shade of nude for you is it needs to compliment your skin tone. Some of these have more beige in them, the other’s more pink. So you would want to play around and see what compliments your individual tone. It’s not like a one color fits all like Lincoln Park After Dark {wink!}.
