You guys know I love great deals and great treasures. I love owning things that are unique and out of the ordinary and won’t be found on every mannequin in every big box in town. So part of the thrill for me going antiquing and to consignment shops is finding these treasures. Not always are they a steal, mind you. But what they are is very COOL.
Here are some things I found that I wish I could take home but had no place to put them. {{{sigh}}}
This blue chair was YUMMY!
The velvet sofa was NOT your grandma’s sofa, let me tell you! The colors were SO rich, it was DIVINE I tell you!
This small cabinet piece got my heart, but I don’t think I thought hard enough at the moment. Because of the size now looking back, I’m SURE I could find a home for it SOMEWHERE around here.
The best thing about my hunting and gathering over the weekend was this little number. I love this clock… believe it or not, I had been searching far and wide for this EXACT thing all over the internet and local shops. But I found it when I least expected it.
I was so used to having a clock there, but the one I had was very traditional/old world-ish. I wanted a sleeker/retro look. And I found it! YAHOOO!!!

I think I did pretty good. Don’t you? Tomorrow…. my purse steals (well kinda… they were deals compared to their RETAIL price)…. because one can never have TOO many purses.
