Fall Fashion: Ripped Jeans and The Duster

When it comes to Oklahoma weather, the one think I can say that most of us would agree on is that our weather is unpredictable. This weekend we were SUPPOSED to have a cool front come thru. Did you see it? Or did I blink? Ya. That’s about how it goes. Well, I’m so excited that one of the things we’re seeing lots of this fall is the duster. Call it a long flowy cardigan, a long sweater, but it’s the perfect layering piece.

I paired this blush (yes blush) duster with the MOST amazing jeans like EVER I found at Target. Ok let me just say this. I had seen lots of reviews on these jeans that Target put out this fall and I have to say they are THE most COMFORTABLE and amazing jeans EVER. I actually am wearing the jegging. Lot’s of tears and rips we’re seeing this fall as well, as my parents generation jokes with me about not having enough money and wearing clothes with “holes in them”. Very entertaining. While flares are definitely a fabulous style to wear this year, the skinny’s aren’t out just yet.

For those of us vertically challenged, the nice thing about the skinny jean and the duster paired with a booty with a heel, I feel taller. Yes. It made me feel a bit elongated if that’s at all possible! HA! A girl will get all the help she can get!

Perfect for a day of shopping, a day of errands, a day of girls lunch, a casual work day. Ripped jeans and the duster are two items you’ll want in your closet this fall.
