Do you gravitate to one or two particular colors or pieces in your wardrobe? I do. For me, it’s either browns or oatmeals and grays in different shades. Simple knit dresses that I can wear to travel, run to the store, meet a friend for lunch, have a business appointment are staples in my closet. I can dress them up or dress them down as much as I like with my accessories. Lately I’ve been thinking “less is more.” You can see a glimpse of me sporting one of my uniform pieces this summer.

(a Throwback Thursday image from the summer, with a photo bomb of The Mister). I think I have this dress, a long maxi gray dress, a charcoal dress…. and then some. So for me to wear these as often as I do, I call them “the uniform.” I love their comfort and versatility.
I was able to throw this on to run around town before the winter blast came thru.
The fun thing I like about this is the printed socks with it… but of course…. mine are printed in GRAY! Go figure!
