Summer isn’t over even though school is gearing up and getting underway soon… so that means, we’re still wearing our swimsuits. What part of our bodies do we hear most about for both men AND women? Abs. Do you have a “6-pack”? a “washboard”? It all comes down to CAN WE SEE THE MUSCLES ON OUR TUMMY? Well, you know I’m all about lets do the least amount of work with the most result. Who wouldn’t be?
There is something that EVERYONE can do, ALL the time, no matter where they are, no matter what they’re doing. Forget sweating, forget painful sit-ups, crunches, medicine balls, equipment. All you need is YOU… anyplace, anytime, ALL the time. Are you ready? Just SUCK IT UP! That’s right. You heard me right! Just SUCK IN!
In addition to posture, spinal alignment, and core strengthening, it is a HUGE factor in getting those rock star abs. Do it often enough and it WILL become habit. I have done it forever. I can’t say that I have rock star abs but I think my abs are better than my thighs! lol!! Get my drift? So suck in, draw in, pull your bellybutton towards your spine. Do it while you’re driving, while you’re watching tv, while you’re reading THIS! while you’re cooking, while you’re doing everything! And keep your shoulders back. You’ll see over time the results and how it will become second nature.
