One of this spring’s trends is stripes. We’re seeing it everywhere, so I decided to pull out one of my striped dresses I’ve had for a while and couldn’t part with it for several reasons. I love the detail on the shoulders and the side little tie. Second, it’s pretty much a classic style, and it’s Marc Jacobs. So I thought, if it’s a classic, keep it. And so I did. All the better because I get to share this old thing of mine with some other trends I’ve shared, like blush bags. … and nude shoes which I think are never out of style.
Someone caught wind I’ve been obsessing over that Saint Laurent tote, and saw my invisible super mom power cape flying behind me and thought I deserved it. (wink!). Pairing this soft and subtle combo with these nude gladiators I picked up in Greece a few years ago, I thought this was the perfect look for an easy spring brunch, lunch, or anything else. I loved it!
