Yes, it’s Monday and I’m keeping to my theme of healthy Mondays. Be it Thanksgiving week, I will share with you one of my most FAVORITE recipies EV- ERRRRRRRRR.
It’s the best because it’s EASY, (3 ingredients!),
it’s FAST(you really don’t even have to use a mixer!),
and it’s ON PURPOSE with our diets that we’re so concious of! Are you ready for this? Check it out…
Simply the BEST cake in a pan/bundt cake/muffins… WHATEVER you wanna make with this, it’s SO moist and yummy and delish and it’s diet friendly.
1. Get 1 box of Spice Cake mix, 1 can of Pumpkin, 1 cup of water.
2. Mix it up in a bowl. That’s it. You don’t even need a mixer.
3. Pour it in whatever you wanna bake it in… 9 x 13, a bundt pan, cupcake pan. Just first spray what ever you choose with some sorta non-stick spray.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. For the muffins, a bit less. Maybe 15.
That’s IT. That’s IT!!!!! NO EGGS, NO FAT, NO OIL, NO BUTTER, NOTHING! Super simple easy and I’m TELLING you SOOOO super uber delish. If you wanna add the extra calories, slap on that cream cheese frosting… OH yeah! But if not, simply leave it plain OR dust it with some powdered sugar.
I served this up not long ago at my last women’s networking luncheon for dessert and let me tell you, it was INCREDIBLE!
