I know you’ve seen these locks around. Ombre is SO hot right now from clothing to nails and of course the obvious, hair. I personally LOVE it. My thought is that it looks better lightly tousled like these images versus all straight. Sometimes if the ombre color is too severe, I’m not quite the fan just because I think it can make the hair look dirty. But I love the look of that gradual dark to blonde. Love love love it.

In your pics, it looks good, natural. But I agree some look too severe. I’m sorry but the skunk, non- monochromatic or two completely different harsh colors looks cheap and trashy.
I agreeeeeee 1000000%! The soft gradualness is what makes it pretty. The severe 2 tone, dark then blonde looks dirty and trashy…. we can coin that #fairhair! lol!!!

Your ombre looks great! And I totally agree it looks best when hair is lightly tousled and if the colors look like they naturally fade into each other. I recently went in to have ombré done to my hair with a pic of a girl with light brown hair with ombré. I wanted to go lighter all over. Instead the girl put highlights in my dark hair. It looked a little trailer park. So make sure you have a good colorist of you want to try ombré. Lol
