I’m thankful for my family. The Mister and my babies. For loving me with all that I am, with my quirks and all of my passions and for my days of craziness when I just won’t stop.
I’m thankful for my parents. I can’t say enough about these two. They taught me everything I know about the rules of life. What a scare I had with my daddy this week, so that makes this season of Thanksgiving one to be even more thankful. Just discovered this week my dad has colon cancer, but it’s in its earliest stages. Considering the alternative, I consider it decent news to have him around, and know how curable this is. Especially after surviving cancer twice before.
I’m thankful for friends and family who always support me in what I do. What a wonderful feeling it is to have people who surround you and support you and lift you up as you grow. And thankful for the clarity it gives me to see who really isn’t my friend.
I’m thankful for new people I’ve meet who have been amazing in so many ways, for so many things, who help me grow as a mom, as a wife, as a business chic, and as a human being. Life is a journey that we take and we learn all along the way.
I’m thankful for opportunities that have presented themselves and that have been given to me. I work hard for what I do, but still, the fact that these opportunities have been presented to me is a blessing. More things to learn and grow from.
I’m thankful for YOU. You, you, you, you and YOU. If it weren’t for YOU, my readers, I wouldn’t be doing what I do. There is nothing more rewarding when I meet a stranger and they tell me how much they love what I share here. I share what I share because I hope to inspire you to with the way you live your life, a life full of joy and fulfillment, and authenticity. An On Purpose Life.
Thankful.
