A brief introduction to the new faces visiting to The OP Life.
You know me as the blogger who loves fun cocktails, effortless understated style with both luxe and a bargain combined, gold and mirror, who always is trying to make the healthiest smartest choices as possible (not always as successful!), and who believes we need to live authentically. In case you didn’t know, my daughter has a business of her own, and I also happen to be her “momager”. You read that correct. My daughter, at times, is the boss of me. No joke.
When my daughter was 12, she started a beauty brand called Honestly Margo. She created natural lip balms in our kitchen, sold them hand over fist to her friends, and from there, her business was born.
That was then….
This is now…
That’s the short of it.
There’s a lot more that went into it and the decision to pursue it the way it has been pursued, but for now, I’m keeping this short and sweet, because I’m at “werk”. HA!
Literally. Today as you’re getting this in your inbox, I’m with this cute teenager and meeting buyers from stores from all over, getting Honestly Margo into stores across the country, in pursuit of her goals to make this brand a name everyone knows when thinking of chapped lips.
So this is a #TBT post but it’s also happening, again. I’m checked out for a few days in Atlanta at Americasmart where one of the biggest gift shows in the country is going on.
Moral of the story? YOU can do ANYTHING. What’s stopping you?
If a 15 year old can, what’s stopping you from pursuing your dream, your passions, your goals?
Boom!
Now… comment to me below… I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! What are some of your goals? Is there something you’ve wanted to do or be or pursue? Talk to me! I’m going to reply and see what I can do to help you!
This is Life On Purpose.
*Follow along with me the next 5 days on Periscope, Facebook and Instagram as my daughter and I werk together for behind the scenes look at what we do and how we do it.
