I love to hear from you. Be it on my Facebook, on my Instagram, and even here below on the comments, I LOVE to hear from you. And it’s because of one of my followers that inspired this week’s cocktail, the French 75.
Last week I shared the French Martini, and that spurred on the inspiration for this yummy drink. It’s perfect as an alternative to a mimosa, a cocktail to serve at a shower, and a refreshing fizzy refreshment with the tingle to go with it!
French 75
- .5 oz Lemon juice
- .5 oz Simple syrup
- 1 oz Gin
- 3 oz Champagne
Add all the ingredients except the Champagne to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with the Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
What are you toasting to this Friday? Any challenges you’ve overcome? Any little wins you want to celebrate? Or even just patting yourself on the back for just making it through the week? I’m toasting to you! Cheers!
And… seriously… I absolutely LOVE to hear from you! Interested in hearing me share something specific? A recipe? A topic of interest? Let me know. I’m here to inspire you and share things that are On Purpose to YOU!

YAY! Yes you should and it’s so good. I added a little extra syrup in mine. Just because I love things on the sweet side. 🙂
