I’ve often said it’s the little things that can make a difference in a space. Or even just one element can make or change the feel of things. I have always been a lover of white linens. When I got married, I registered white towels and bed sheets. That was a LONG time ago, and I still feel the same now as I did then.
It is that single simple element of the color of your linens that can totally transform the feel of your bathroom. Think about it. It doesn’t matter what colors I have going on (mostly) in my space, but the white makes me feel almost as if I’m in a luxury hotel or a spa. Isn’t that what hotels and spas use??? I have always wanted my bed and bathroom to feel like I’m on vacation. After all, there’s no better feel right? To me, vacation = relax, getaway, no stress. Why wouldn’t I want my home to feel like a luxury getaway?
And think about this…. laundry is a piece of cake. No colored fuzzies on things. All the towels go in all at once, throw in some bleach, and BAM back to nice white towels with no confetti flecks.

Only some of my towels are on the shelves near the tub. The rest are on shelves in my closet. But I still use these and then replenish. … By the way, bathroom is going to get OVERHAULED whenever we decide the block of weeks are ready to begin destruction… All the goods are purchased and sitting WAITING. … *sigh*… soon? Who knows! But that is coming SOON!
