I have the pleasure of being the Oklahoma City licensee for the Joy of Connecting, a networking platform for women. Part of that entails me hosting a luncheon every month. This is where I get to share my love for entertaining and cooking…. But in a simple, not over the top, way. Hosting this is SUPPOSED to be simple, not complicated. I litterally whipped up this dessert without a recipe, and oh my, does it look divine!! I haven’t tried it, but I think it’s going to be sinful I hope the ladies leave their diets behind!!
I simply layered ready made chocolate fudge cake from my local bakery, carmel syrup, Twix candy bar, and Fat Free Cool Whip (we gotta cut calories SOME way, right? lol!!) in a trifle bowl. The result…
A little bit of carmel-choco heaven!!
Simple, easy, no recipe. Just think of all the fun combinations of things you can whip up in a flash but still be amazing! I do some others with fruit and angel food cake that I’ll share another day… and those ARE figure friendly 🙂 But really, the possibilities are endless!
