I think of the phrase “table scape” and it reminds me of watching Semi-Homemade Sandra Lee shows on Food Network and at the end of her meal she’d show her table and how she styled it. Does anyone know what I’m talkin about? Today I’m thinking of a different table scape. I’m thinking coffee tables and how to “dress them”.

Some elements you might notice in these that you can add to your table:
Books or Magazines, stacked nicely
Something for height
Something natural, like flowers or a plant or coral
Some decorative element
A tray.
I love seeing a beautifully styled table. It’s almost like the finishing touch to a well decorated room.
Oh….I so love this post Irene….beautiful…one of my most favorite things in a room…defintely it’s all in the details and the coffee table or other tables in a room are the perfect way to showcase some of your favorite items, momentos, books etc….Love these photos. Yes…you are right….this isnt Martha Stewart or Sara Lee’s tablescapes of the past…:) Very lovely!!!
