On to some fun treats….
Here’s a super easy light treat that is super easy on your diet/weight loss/healthy living goals. I know when you guys see how simple this is, you’ll be like ARE YOU FOR REAL? But seriously, it’s SO yummy, so refreshing, so low cal, and you’ll be like UM, THAT was EASY! Miss Margo created as a snack for herself. I had to share with the world. Are you ready?
Fruit Cubes. Here’s what you’ll need…
Your favorite fruit, cut up
Water
That’s it!
Dice up your favorite fruit. In our case, we used fresh strawberries. Add a little bit of water to the diced up fruit in a bowl and spoon the fruit water mixture into ice cube trays…
and then you have your own “fruit cubes”. Small individual “fresh popsicles” if you will. Little concoction created by Honestly Margo.
Don’t these look refreshing? Some other options to change it up? Puree the fruit and add in the water to make more of a true popsicle. Another option? Combine fruit with any other fruit of your choice or even change it all together.
