An epic merge, one that has never happened like this before. Two of the largest retailers we look to to see what’s hot, together with the Council of Fashion Designers of America, are coming together to have an exclusive, first time ever, holiday collection. 24 Designers. Over 50 items. December 1st. YOWZA! I chatted about it HERE.

Are you beside yourself or WHAT?

Well…. the LOOKBOOK is OUT! Yes! It came out TODAY! WHOOOOOP WHOOOOP! Here it is….

I know I’ve made my list and have checked it twice!!!

A local retail owner recently told me about my style, and that I have a good sense of it, as he noticed every bit of bling on me and commented on my Tom Ford’s. I made sure to tell him that I don’t have to shop expensive, that I love Target, and half of my wardrobe is from there. He then told me, “yes but, do you see that out of the mass merchandisers, you chose the one that is at the highest end of the spectrum! :)” I was trying to bring myself down and show some humility, letting him know that not everything I have requires a label, that as long as it looks great, I don’t care where I got it. …. This guy is super sharp by the way, and it made me think, of the same of these 2 retail giants: Neiman’s and Target. Both at the highest end of their categories coming together.

On that same note… Take a look at this video in preparation of this epic event…. designers getting ready, making their plans for what their items will be…. One of the designers said something that really stood out to me. And I felt it kinda defines MY style….. if you know me, I LOVE pretty things, and I don’t care if it came from Target, Neiman’s, Marshall’s, a consignment shop, even a thrift shop, I’ll WEAR it if it looks great. If I get a deal on it, it makes it even BETTER!
