What To Wear: The Cold Shoulder

I’ve always had a thing for the cold shoulder. No, I’m not blowing you off. The “cold shoulder” is where there’s a cut out by the shoulders on a top. It’s a unique little touch that revealed a little bit of skin, while covering up. Almost as if you’re playing “peek a boo”, and a hint of sexy. If you’re looking for that kind of feeling, then buy one of these tops. It’s how it makes me feel (wink!). Anything revealing any bit of the shoulder reminds me a little bit of Flashdance! HA!
