This super yummmmmmy concoction is something if you say too loud, the kids will come running and want some. And although it looks kinda fancy, it’s the simplest thing to make. If you’re craving cookies, this is definitely a drink to make. Maybe an alternative to dessert? Serve up this sweet treat. I put my own little twist on this recipe which makes it even better!
Snickerdoodle Martinis:
- 3 oz. half and half (I used milk)
- 1 oz. Rumchada
- 1 oz. Sugar Cookie Vodka
- 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar (I used about 1 Tbs)
- Cinnamon/Sugar mixture (read my special tips on that below!)
- Honey
First mix the cinnamon and sugar in a bowl. I used more sugar than cinnamon, and pretty much eyeballed it. I added a little extra special touch to give it a golden color and a bit of a crunch… I threw in brown sugar as well. After I mixed it up, I used paper places for easy cleanup, and put the mixture on one, and honey on another.
Then I dipped both glasses first in the honey to cover the edges, inside and out nicely. Then I dipped them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Add the milk, vodka, Rumchada and powdered sugar into the shaker over ice. Shake and pour. Sprinkle with cinnamon if you want for garnish.
I didn’t want mine over cinnamon-y, so I didn’t add cinnamon as a garnish, but you can also add it into the mixture.
Who want’s dessert? Try this instead! Save the cookies for the children. These snickerdoodles are for the mommies!
Cheers to the weekend!
