You know when it’s good to have some things always in the fridge or the pantry that you can count on being there so you can whip up some goodness if you need it? That’s this kinda recipe. With those kinda ingredients. I tasted this at a neighbors some time ago and I nearly died it was SO good. I said WHAT IS IT? And when she told me how simple it was, my jaw dropped. So I’m passing this goodness on to you. Kinda like Grandma’s old recipe? Well, keep this one like that, even though once I share it, it’s a no brainer.
Ready? Here goes.
Pink Dip
- 1 block cream cheese (I use light)
- 1 can Rotel
- chili powder to taste
Allow cream cheese to soften by setting out room temperature. Once softened, mix well with Rotel. Sprinkle in chili powder to taste. Serve with tortilla chips or potato chips.
It’s an easy two ingredient dip. Well, almost two.
Now… You might want to double this because if you’re tasting it to see if the chili powder is sufficient, you might find half of the dip gone… because it’s THAT good. Just sayin.
So double it.
I slaved over this, just letting you know.
It’s called “pink” because it kinda turns pink in color.
Ok. There you go. Goodness made so easy you’ll NEVER forget me! {wink!}
