I love how names change over time and over decades as styles come and go.  What was once a "strapless" dress now has become a cold shoulder dress.  I've always loved the cold shoulder look, whether it's completely strapless like this or whether the shoulders are cut out like THIS or THIS.  Even a bit of one shoulder action (reminds me of a Greek Goddess!)
