Did you know that there are CHEESE EXPERTS out there? And WE, as in Oklahoma City, have one right in our very own backyard.

Meet Kehau. She is the ONLY Certified Cheese Professional in the entire state of Oklahoma. She received this prestigious award with the American Cheese Society. And you can find her in our Oklahoma City Whole Foods.

So what exactly does that mean? Well, she is knowledgeable beyond knowledge on all types of cheeses, cooking with them, what to serve with them. She can help you plan a menu for a party, do pairings with wines, beers, liquors, anything you can think of. AND not only that, it’s not only expensive pricey cheeses that she works with. Give her your budget, and she will come up with something that will amaze your guests and have them think you’re the BEST host EVER with the BEST combinations for your palate.

Of course, Whole Foods DOES have a pretty amazing selection of cheeses I will say. … and spreads… and crackers… and olives… ya.
