On one of my recent trips to the liquor store, they had a big barrel at the front of the store full of flavored vodkas at a really good price. There was one that caught my eye that I couldn’t pass up. Salted Caramel. I was like SERIOUSLY? I’m obsessed with everything salted caramel. I can’t ever pass by dark chocolate and salted caramel bars when I see them at the store. So when I saw this vodka, I had to try it out. Nothing really to lose, right?
So today I’m serving up a twist to a classic. White Russian. Easy to throw together.
Salted Caramel White Russian
- 1 oz Caramel Vodka (Stoli Salted Karamel)
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur (Kahlua)
- 1 oz Light Cream or milk
Shake the caramel vodka, coffee liqueur and light cream with ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into an old-fashioned glass.
There’s a hint of the salted caramel in this classic drink. If you love the white russians and coffee drinks, this is one worth trying for sure.
Yum! Happy Weekend lovers!
