I’m addicted to salt. Savory vs sweet? Give me savory. Most people I talk to have a sweet tooth or are chocoholics. Not me! So when I heard that this yummy concoction is a natural appetite suppressant, I was like BRING IT ON! YUM!
Bring on the virgin Bloody Mary!
Tomato Juice, tobasco, horseradish, celery. Simple. VOILA!
My take on it?
V8, tobasco, worstershire. (I can’t take the horseradish!)
What’s the magic? The hot pepper sauce has ingredients that do some awesome things… 1. helps weight loss through an increase in fat burn and heat production in the body, and 2. helps with appetite control as well. You might notice a decrease in cravings for fatty, salty and sweet foods. It might not be for all tummies, but if you can take the heat, it might be worth it!
So, wanna join me for a cocktail? Extras optional! 🙂

Wonder if Spicy V8 would suffice?
Irene says
Hi Roni! I think it would depend how much and if there is any capsaicin in the Spicy V8. That is the ingredient that makes all this good stuff happen. That ingredient triggers changes in protein synthesis that suppress fat build-up. So, if Spicy V8 has it, i would use it… AND add tobacco! YOWZA!
Thank you for your follow!! 🙂
