Something I’ve begun to implement into my daily regimen of stuff I do to try to keep healthy and shed a few pounds, especially fight the water retention thing (which I’m highly sensitive to…) . Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar.
I’m calling it a “super juice” because there are so many healing things this vinegar is good for. Now, just a side note. This particular brand is the brand that is made “with the mother”. That’s the one you want to get, available at most health food stores. What does that mean? “with the mother”? Thats the enzyme that settles at the bottom of the bottle, and part of the normal production process with natural apple cider vinegar. Supposedly, Hippocrates used cider vinegar with the mother to treat his patients, and it’s supposed to have internal clensing and healing properties. Cool, huh?
Some things that this “super juice” is good for…
- Weight loss (reduces appetite)
- Water retention (cleanses your body)
- Promotes Digestion and ph Balance throughout the body
- Cleanses your liver
- Externally, diluted, good for sunburns and acne
- Diabetes by counteracting the rise in blood sugar levels
- Lowers high blood pressure
- Lowers risk of heart disease
- Makes you feel full
- Help carbohydrates go straight through your body without being absorbed
- Acid indigestion and heartburn
How and when do I take it? Never take it straight. The acid in this is bad for your enamel of your teeth. Always dilute it in water and then after you drink it, swish around some plain water afterwards so there isn’t any residue left on your teeth. But I dilute 2 TBS in a cup of water once in the morning and once in the evening. I’ve been doing it now for a few days, and believe it or not, I feel a difference! There is a lack of desire to munch and a lack of craving of anything to be quite honest. I don’t want to say that “nothing sounds good” but there is nothing I’m craving or wanting to eat. Which is great! I eat my meals when I need to eat something, and carry on.
So if you have any of the issues I shared with you above, give this “super juice” a try. Lemme know what you think!

I’ve heard about this in different applications…I will take this back to my bathroom counter and start doing this too. I’ll let you know.
