I love to create my own concoctions and be your mixologist, and of course many I can’t take all the credit for, but I think it’s way cool to see what different bartenders and restaurants offer as their signature drinks. After all, this IS what they do, and they’re pros at it.
So today I’m sharing something that is BEYOND to die for. I’ll say this. I had 2 of them at lunch. HA! Shhhhhh! Don’t tell anyone!
The Mudslide. A frozen chocolatey creamy concoction that tastes like a shake. Oh MY! I had to keep my kids at bay because they REALLY wanted to try it. It’s been said that the Mudslide originated at the top of the island of Grand Cayman, by Rum Point, at Kaibo. A fancy restaurant on top in the evening, a beach bar downstairs in the daytime. We went to the beach bar after exploring the beach at Rum Point, and it was not only yum but fun.
Did you note… the two straws and double cup? Ya… did I mention I had 2 of these? (wink!) Don’t mind me doing the cha cha on the way to the car….
Happy Weekend!
