When my friend Rhonda with Activate Your Strengths recently invited me to do a podcast to share my top 5 strengths with StrengthsFinder, and how they show up in my life, I was so excited. It’s my belief that we never know too much, that we can never stop growing and becoming a better US. I’m always working on being a better ME. Being someone else is of no desire to me. Everyone else is taken. It’s ME I’m working on and the more I know about myself, the better I am in my relationships, in my home life, in my work life, and better I am with myself. And knowing more about myself, I can say “I am who I am. Unapologetically.”
So today I share with you this fun podcast talking about my top 5 strengths and how I see them playing out in my life, how they help me, how they can be a challenge at times.
Each of our strengths has a signature theme to them. One of mine is activator as you will hear. I just jump right in to things without a second thought. Did I make a mistake with this or that? Of course not! Here’s how I think….

I’ve talked about this enough already, so when are YOU going to jump in and learn more about yourself? (wink!) I’m all about living on purpose. And THIS stuff is way more important than throw pillows, gold lamps, new shoes and a blush bag! (…. well kind of! ha!)
