It’s no secret I love the beach. If you’ve followed me for any amount of time, you’ll know from my Instagram and previous blog posts that I LOVE the beach and go every summer.
I literally immerse myself in all the feels of what the beach is. I plop my rear on the sand, let the water wash over me, and I don’t care who walks by if I’m in their way. They can walk around me. For me, it’s one of the most exhilarating experiences.
Now while I love a great tan, fresh seafood, hotels, and restaurants, this travel recommendation is more than just about that. Believe it or not, going to the beach can play a huge role in your happiness, your stress and overall living On Purpose.

Unplugging and being in this environment plays a huge role in eliminating stress and freeing your mind. As much as we talk about freeing our mind, I believe these elements that affect all of our senses truly make that happen in the best of ways, right here, like this.
